WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PURCHASE:

1. You will receive a confirmation email.
2. An Olympia Prep manager will reach out to you to ensure we are taking your specific needs, timeline, and goals into account in a kickoff call
3. Your child will be paired with a private instructor who begin the journey with an initial Strategy Session.  This same instructor will guide them through their entire journey.  Sit back, kick up your feet, and enjoy the process. You will receive regular updates on progress from your private mentor, who’s responsible for your child’s success.  You’re off the hook, we’ll worry about this now for you.

INSTRUCTION WITH ONLY OUR BEST INSTRUCTORS

We hold back our very best instructors for this.  For an instructor at Olympia Prep to receive a private tutoring package student, he or she must prove their caliber as one of the very best of an already-elite group of instructors.   This means consistent success with students in the past: high score improvements, high student ratings, and hundreds or even thousands of hours of tutoring experience.

In most situations, this instructor will be working exclusively with one student at a time and is always compensated by Olympia Prep directly based upon your results.  This creates a true partner in your success – a talented and focused one!

How we schedule
While we are willing to adjust based on individual needs, we have a particular way of running this program, which has proven most effective in the past.  It goes like this:

1.  Registration
2.  Within 7 days, your private superstar instructor will contact with you and your first in-  person private tutoring session is scheduled.
3.  Meet one time every week at the same day and time each meeting.  Meet for 2 hours  each session, meaning you should complete your tutoring program in 6 weeks of  consecutive meetings.  For example:  Meet 6 Sundays in a row for 2 hours each session.
4.  Destroy the ACT
5.  Continued access to instant access tutoring as well as all in-person tests and courses to  keep going if you’re not at a 36 yet.

Please note that you should not stockpile in-person hours for a future test.  You will have access to your instant-access tutoring for 6 months and need to complete your in-person sessions in sequence for best results.

Unless you already have your dream score, phase 1 of your Olympia Prep journey is always getting your best ACT, SAT, and PSAT scores possible.  Small group courses will be coordinated and frequently taught by Karl Francel, covering every testing skill, content area, and strategy he used to raise his score to a perfect 36 on the ACT.  No gimmicks, only proven processes that have worked for thousands of students for over 15 years of professionally preparing students for their standardized tests.

Explanation of Parts of the Program

• Private Tutoring Sessions:
  You will be given a paired private instructor who will give you a free ‘kickoff session’ of 90 minutes to set goals and teach essential strategies for the test.
• Content Sessions:
  Every Sunday of the year (with a few exceptions around holidays) there will be a content day teaching the English, Reading, Writing&Language, Math, and Science curriculum that present our proprietary formula for success – and everything your student needs to beat the ACT, SAT, and PSAT tests.  Links will be sent out to the live online small group environment on a regular basis for active members.
• Office Hour Sessions:
  Free time to bring questions from homework, take practice tests, and review with instructors and classmates in a live online setting.  Links will be sent out to the live online small group environment on a regular basis for active members.
• National Test Prep Week:
  Before every national test date for the ACT and PSAT, and select dates for the SAT, we offer the following additional prep schedule before the national test date

*only national test dates can be sent in to colleges and scholarship applications.  Do not try to send in Olympia Prep practice test results.  Our program’s tests are created by ACT, Inc. but our program is not affiliated with ACT, Inc. nor does it endorse our products.

Following the successful attainment of your best score, the attention now focuses to putting it to use with scholarship hunting and admissions consulting.  We will pair you with a dedicated rep that will help create a custom plan for you to get into your top choice colleges with scholarships in hand.

We do this by curating a comprehensive and compelling narrative of your student.  We do this by using our proven techniques to maximize the strategy and representation of all parts of your application:  ACT/SAT/PSAT test scores, high school coursework, awards, references, school extracurriculars, non-school extracurriculars, primary and supplemental personal essays, life circumstances, and successful execution of submitting the actual application itself at the right time.
