Our All-Access Academy is an ongoing access plan that gives your student unlimited access to our winning formula for guaranteed success on your standardized tests. This program includes a paired private mentor (with some private tutoring included), online classes and office hours and printed study materials, practice exams, and custom curriculum that delivers our winning strategies and content. There is no commitment – you may end your enrollment at any point for any reason. Hop off once you get that goal score, admission, and scholarship! No cancelation fee or hidden overage fees – we have packed a lot of value into a low monthly price that will never increase!
As soon as you enroll, we will contact you and pair you with your own dedicated mentor. This one-on-one mentor will guide you and your student through the process of getting the most out of this program, starting with your very best test score for college admissions. While they will remain available throughout the program, they will only directly schedule your first private tutoring session for your first program. Once you register, you should expect to hear from your student’s instructor and have your first session scheduled within 7 days.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PURCHASE:

- An Olympia Prep manager will reach out to you and set up a ‘kickoff call’ to ensure we are taking your specific needs, timeline, and goals into account.
- Your child will be paired with a private instructor who begin the journey with an initial Strategy Session. This same instructor will guide them through their entire journey. Sit back, kick up your feet, and enjoy the process. You will receive regular updates on progress from your private mentor, who’s responsible for your child’s success. 1. ACT, SAT, PSAT TEST PREPARATION:
Unless you already have your dream score, phase 1 of your Olympia Prep journey is always getting your best ACT, SAT, and PSAT scores possible. Small group courses will be coordinated and frequently taught by Karl Francel, covering every testing skill, content area, and strategy he used to raise his score to a perfect 36 on the ACT. No gimmicks, only proven processes that have worked for thousands of students for over 15 years of professionally preparing students for their standardized tests. The main components of this membership program:

Explanation of Parts of the Program
- Private Tutoring Sessions: You will be given a paired private instructor who will give you a free ‘kickoff session’ of 90 minutes to set goals and teach essential strategies for the test.
- Content Sessions: Every Sunday of the year (with a few exceptions around holidays) there will be a content day teaching the English, Reading, Writing&Language, Math, and Science curriculum that present our proprietary formula for success – and everything your student needs to beat the ACT, SAT, and PSAT tests. Links will be sent out to the live online small group environment on a regular basis for active members.
- Office Hour Sessions: Free time to bring questions from homework, take practice tests, and review with instructors and classmates in a live online setting. Links will be sent out to the live online small group environment on a regular basis for active members.
- National Test Prep Week: Before every national test date for the ACT and PSAT, and select dates for the SAT, we offer the following additional prep schedule before the national test date

2. COLLEGE ADMISSION CONSULTING AND SCHOLARSHIP HUNTING

Following the successful attainment of your best score, the attention now focuses to putting it to use with scholarship hunting and admissions consulting. We will pair you with a dedicated rep that will help create a custom plan for you to get into your top choice colleges with scholarships in hand. We do this by curating a comprehensive and compelling narrative of your student. We do this by using our proven techniques to maximize the strategy and representation of all parts of your application: ACT/SAT/PSAT test scores, high school coursework, awards, references, school extracurriculars, non-school extracurriculars, primary and supplemental personal essays, life circumstances, and successful execution of submitting the actual application itself at the right time.
3. ACADEMIC TUTORING

After you get your goal score, your 60 minutes of private tutoring included in your membership each month will be transitioned to tutoring for college admissions consulting, scholarship hunting, or academic tutoring – whichever is most relevant for you. Our private tutors will spend the first session doing a new strategy session to create a gameplan for your academic success. This will include setting a study schedule, homework check-ins, and options for additional hours at a significant discount for additional help before big tests and before projects.
